Who We Are
Nancy Earle our founder and head designer has been in the flower business for over 40 years. She started Flower Girls because of her passion for working with brides, grooms and weddings, at one of the happiest times of their lives.
Nancy has owned multiple retails stores during the course of her career, she also had contracts and stores in multiple locations of Hyatt Regency Hotels.
Nancy has designed and provided exquisite floral displays for thousands of weddings and special events. During her career and her store ownership with Hyatt she was also a team leader for large event planning and corporate events.
More than flowers, Nancy knows what is required to pull off a successful wedding event. She’s spent a lifetime in the flower industry, and we can safely say that nobody has a wider range of combined experience and depth in event planning and flowers!
Her business partner, Alan Kostelnik, has been a landscape designer and contractor for over 40 years in Northern California…he has owned two companies providing landscape design, installation and management services. Alan brings to “Flower Girls” a lifetime of expertise in team building, business management, production and logistical skills.
